For a good workout you’ll need good music. Studies have shown that you’ll get more out of your training sessions when you listen to good music. Electronic Dance Music can get you in a good mood. Whether it is for an uplifting or a more relaxing mood. By our own experiences of teaching over thousands of fitness classes with music, we know better than anyone that every training is different and the outcome can be determined by music.
We have created a number of different categories below to allow you to quickly choose before you start training. All mixes are made by DJ Marcèles and Xavi del Mundo (XDM)

Below you’ll see a couple of mixes that we’ve created for different clients. As an example of what is possible you’ll hear some bells in the mix at pre determined spots, also you’ll notice that the volume at some spots is suddenly a little lower. These sound cues makes it possible for the trainer to avoid watching to a clock or timer and give more attention to the participants and focus on technique and motivation.

YOGA

Format of this mix:

– 50 minutes of downtempo electronic music

BOXING

Format of this mix:

– 2-3 min warming up

– 10 rounds of 3 exercises of 50 sec each (bell after each exercise)

– 30 sec of rest between each round (music volume goes down) to switch and give instructions.

– announcement of each round

–  cooling down after 30 min, volume is a little lower then rest of the mix
